Our "stretch and yoga mat strap" has several purposes. Among other things, it can be used as a carrying strap for your yoga mat, so you can easily have it over your shoulder or as a cross-over on the go. The strap can also be used in your yoga practice for stretching exercises or just when you need to give your body some attention and stretch it out.
