How to use: Use your ‘Mind Body Gua Sha everyday for 5-10 minutes for the best result. Use it on clean skin, with or without our ‘Mind Body Balm’ or oil. Use upward storkes along your skin. Use on thighs, butt, belly, arms and legs.
Clean the ‘Mind Body Gua Sha’ with warm soapy water. Lay flat to air dry.
